This is Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei. He is currently suing his financial advisors who he accuses of mishandling his fortune, and underselling his Long Island estate in New York state court. He has reportedly spent billions of dollars on hookers, over 7000 cars, hotels, paintings and a yacht he named Tits, along with speedboats named Nipple I and Nipple II.

A gag order was issued in the trial after photos of six bronze sculptures depicting the Prince having sex with his fiancee were released.
